Business Information: Business name, registration number, category, address, contact details, identification documents (for verification).
Usage Data: Pages visited, search queries, IP address, browser type, device information.
Transaction Data: Subscription payments, invoice history (processed securely via our payment partners).
User Content: Reviews, comments, fraud reports and business posts you submit.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these circumstances:
• Service Providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting, email services — bound by data processing agreements.
• Legal Compliance: When required by Ghanaian courts, law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
• Business Profile: Business information you submit is displayed publicly on your business profile.
• Aggregated Analytics: We share anonymised, aggregated statistics with no personal identifiers.

We implement the following security measures:
• All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• Multi-factor authentication available for all accounts
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
• Breach notification within 72 hours if personal data is compromised
No security system is infallible. We encourage you to use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service:
• Active accounts: For the lifetime of the account plus 2 years
• Deleted accounts: Personal data is anonymised within 30 days of deletion
• Business verification documents: 7 years (required by Ghanaian law)
• Payment records: 7 years (required for tax compliance)
• Fraud reports: Retained indefinitely for platform safety

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843), you have the right to:
• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)

• Objection: Object to processing for marketing purposes at any time
